One file. Open it.

Experiments that ship as a single HTML file. Download one, double-click it, and it runs in your browser — no build step, nothing to install. Take them apart if you like.

honey.html

226 KB

A jar of honey you can stir. Viscous fluid with a dipper you drag through it, refraction through the glass, HDRI lighting and a real depth-of-field pass with a focus control. Built on Three.js r170.

  • Three.js r170
  • WebGL
  • Transmission
  • HDRI + bloom
  • Depth of field

Heaviest of the three — it fetches Three.js and its HDRI maps over the network and compiles shaders on start, so it needs a connection and a moment before the jar appears.

jelly.html

51 KB

A strawberry jelly on a plate that wobbles when you pull it. A soft-body solver running 808 particles over 3,210 tetrahedra, with sliders for firmness and how quickly the wobble dies down. Drag it, poke it, or drop it on the plate.

  • Three.js r185
  • WebGPU
  • TSL shaders
  • Soft-body physics

Needs a browser with WebGPU — recent Chrome or Edge. Safari and Firefox may still need it enabled by hand. Loads Three.js from a CDN.

A stress ball shaped like Claude. A pixel-art bot with a soft body, fifteen weapons from slipper to nuke, four rooms, and a text box where you type what it did wrong — it apologises for that specifically, then offers a deal it will not keep.

  • Canvas 2D
  • Soft body
  • Web Audio
  • No libraries

Runs anywhere with a canvas, no WebGL needed. Sound and music are generated in code — only the nuclear siren is a recording, embedded in the file. Gore is on by default; there is a button to turn it off.

kosa.html

3.3 MB

A field of grass and a scythe. The blade is a rigid body on a spring, swung the way a scythe is actually swung, and the grass falls where it passed. Instanced grass, a live sky on a day cycle, and a mower who shoulders the scythe when he walks.

  • Three.js r170
  • WebGL 2
  • Instanced grass
  • Live sky
  • Procedural audio

The big one. Wants a real GPU on the high preset — it opens on medium — and a connection for Three.js and the sky's HDRI.

Nothing on this page loads a demo — they only run once you download one, so the list stays light no matter how many pile up here.
